Guide
How do you recognize an official Close partner?
You recognize an official Close partner by its listing in the Close partner directory. The check takes just a few minutes and works without a login.
How do you check the status in three steps?
Open the directory
Go to partners.close.com (opens in a new tab) directly, not through a link on the partner’s website.
Search for the company name
Enter the company name in the search and open the profile.
Read the profile
Compare the company name and website with the details in the offer. Also look at the services, the reviews and the “Close Verified Partner” label, if there is one.
What does “Close Verified Partner” mean?
It is a label the directory shows on the profile. Not every listed partner has it. The profile does not describe exactly which check is behind it; if in doubt, ask Close directly.
Does the position in the directory say anything about quality?
Not really. You can sort the directory by different criteria, and depending on what you choose, a partner appears higher or lower. You learn more from the individual reviews. Read them instead of only looking at the position.
How do you spot a trustworthy partner?
- The partner makes clear that it is not Close itself.
- The legal notice names a company that matches the directory listing.
- Promised results are backed up, or there are none in the first place.
- The scope is set in writing before you pay.
How does that look for CRM Kraft?
You find CRM Kraft LLC under that name in the directory, with the “Close Verified Partner” label. Go straight to the profile (opens in a new tab)
