In short

What does a Close partner do?

A Close partner sets up Close CRM around your sales process and keeps improving it when the process changes. A partner is an independent company in the Close partner program and not part of Close. The software comes from Close; the setup and ongoing support come from the partner.

More: What is a Close partner?

When is a Close partner worth it?

  • You are switching to Close CRM Your data should come along, the old mess should not.
  • You already use Close CRM But your team seems to use about a third of it.
  • Close should talk to your tools Through Calendly, forms or n8n, leads land in Close automatically instead of in someone’s inbox.

Who does CRM Kraft work for?

High-ticket sales teams with setters and closers, coaches, consultants and sales agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you sell on your own and just need an address book, plain Close is the better choice. Not sure which side you are on? We will tell you honestly in the strategy call.

Services

What does CRM Kraft take on around Close CRM?

Everything between the Close license and the closed deal: setup, data migration, calling, automation, AI workflows and training. The license itself runs separately through Close.

Setup and onboarding

Pipelines, statuses, fields, Smart Views and Workflows built around your sales process. No copy-paste template that already failed three other clients.

Migration to Close CRM

From any CRM, for example HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, SalesSuite or GoHighLevel, and from Excel or Google Sheets. Leads, contacts, opportunities and activities come along, cleanly mapped to the new process.

  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive
  • Salesforce
  • GoHighLevel
  • SalesSuite
  • Excel
  • Google Sheets

Integrations and automation

With n8n, Make, Zapier and Calendly, booking, follow-up and handoff run on their own. Nobody types appointments in by hand anymore.

Dashboards and AI

Dashboards for your own sales and marketing KPIs. On top of that, AI workflows and AI-assisted lead prioritization, so the people who matter today get called first.

Already on Close?

Good, then we do not start from zero. About half of our clients already had Close before. In our experience, optimizing the existing setup alone often brings 20–30% more revenue.

Calling and Power Dialer

Close comes with calling and a Power Dialer built in. We set up both, including phone numbers, so your setters press start in the morning instead of sorting lists.

  • Power Dialer
  • Phone numbers
  • Follow-up sequences
  • Email

Training and support

First your team learns the system, then we keep improving it proactively. Support via WhatsApp, Slack or Telegram, no ticket number.

Process

How does a Close CRM project work?

In five steps, usually live in 2–4 weeks. A CRM project sounds like a whole quarter. Better to keep that quarter for selling.

  1. Strategy call

We take 60 minutes, free and with no strings attached, and afterwards both sides know whether it is a fit.

  2. Discovery

We look at how your team sells today, where your data lives and which tools are running. That turns into goals and a project plan.

  3. Approve the plan

Before anything is built, you see the pipeline, fields, automations and integrations, and work starts only once you give the go-ahead.

  4. Build and training

Once the plan is approved, we build and test the setup and train your team on the new system.

  5. Improvements after go-live

Processes keep changing after go-live, so we keep improving the setup proactively and put new ideas into practice quickly.

Why CRM Kraft

Why CRM Kraft as your Close CRM partner?

Because here a salesperson builds Close, and does nothing but Close. Behind CRM Kraft is founder Justus Kraft.

Justus founded his company at 16 and still does his own selling. He comes from software development and has worked in sales. So he knows what it feels like to update a CRM at seven in the evening. That is exactly why he does not build that kind of CRM.

  • Sales and tech in one head: The person who understands the process also builds it. No translation between two departments.
  • Only Close CRM: No second, third or fourth CRM in the portfolio.
  • A founder, not a ticket system: You talk to Justus, in English or German.
  • Built in-house: The verified open-source Close node for n8n comes from CRM Kraft, and we maintain it.

Choosing a partner

How do you recognize a good Close partner?

By answers you can check, not by superlatives. Ask every Close partner these 13 questions. Us too. Here are our answers:

  1. Does the partner work only with Close CRM?

Yes, since 2021. Other CRMs only come up as the source of a data migration.

  2. Can the status be checked publicly?

Yes. In the Close partner directory (opens in a new tab), CRM Kraft LLC is listed as a Close Verified Partner. No login needed.

  3. How much experience is behind it?

More than 150 implementations over more than 5 years. All of them in Close.

  4. Who is your point of contact?

The founder himself. No account manager in between.

  5. Does the partner understand sales?

Justus does his own selling. That is why he does not build forms with 40 required fields.

  6. How clear is the timeline?

2–4 weeks to go-live. If many integrations make it longer, you hear that up front.

  7. Is there experience with migrations?

Yes. The data migration is a fixed part of the Close CRM Set Up package, including from spreadsheets nobody has wanted to clean up for years.

  8. Is it built for salespeople?

Yes. The yardstick is not the prettiest pipeline but the question: What does your setter need at 9 a.m.?

  9. Does the reporting deliver numbers you can rely on?

Yes, because as much as possible flows into the CRM automatically instead of by hand. The dashboards show your own KPIs, not the default view.

  10. Is the data model agreed in advance?

Yes. You approve the pipeline, statuses and fields before anything is built.

  11. Does the partner also tell you the limits?

Yes. If Close does not fit your sales process or your team is still too small for it, you will hear that from us in the strategy call. And if you do not need a partner, we will say so too.

  12. Does the partner stay after go-live?

Yes. If you want to hand everything off, you take the Managed Service: full ongoing support, 4-hour response time per SLA.

  13. Who owns the system in the end?

You do. The Close account belongs to your company; CRM Kraft sets it up for you.

Comparison

Set up Close CRM yourself or have it set up professionally?

Two paths, not three. Setting up Close CRM yourself only makes sense if you are self-employed, have no sales team, do not plan to grow and just want to call your own leads. As soon as there is a team, a DIY setup turns into trial and error: you solve today’s problem and notice months later what is missing. Then the CRM gets rebuilt again and again. The sensible decision: have a Close partner set it up professionally, so you can focus on your team, call analysis and marketing.
